The hotel had some issues with room cleanliness and comfort, with a musty smell and mold present. However, the early check-in service and provision of a crib were appreciated. The staff were courteous and offered helpful recommendations. The location was convenient for our needs, though some issues with the TV signal were noted. The dining experience was average, lacking variety in breakfast options. The pool area was a highlight of the facilities.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a good size and comfortable, but it was obvious they were under construction with exposed kitchen plumbing. However, despite being advertised for five adults, the room only had a single king-size bed and a small pull-out sofa, making it feel cramped during our stay.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, close to the aquarium and a fantastic family restaurant, making it perfect for both sightseeing and dining. However, the rooms were not as clean as expected, especially the bathrooms, which was a letdown. The service was excellent overall, but having to spend a night in a room smelling of cigarette smoke was a major disappointment.
